After lots of searching through the scout book to see what Spencer needed for his Arrow of Light, Spencer finally earned it. He was excited, but a little nervous for the night. Everyone knows Spencer HATES to be in front of people and the center of attention, so his leader had called and asked him if he wanted to do an Indiana Jones theme where he would be the center of attention. He said yes, and actually did pretty well. Jessica Fisher put together an awesome night for him, and even gave him an Indiana Jones hat and whip. He had to go through different obstacles and then Jessica talked about how as a Scout he had to go through challenges to get his Arrow of Light. It was a really fun night, and Brooke and I were proud of Spencer, not only for earning his arrow of light, but also being brave and being the center of attention for the night. All the younger scouts wanted to be right next to him all night.
