Sugar Cookies

Spencer really wanted to make some gingerbread men, since his in Kindergarten ran away, so we made sugar cookies instead.  He and Solayna loved getting all dirty rolling out the dough.

I think Solayna ate more of the dough raw then she did the cookies. 

Spencer was concentrating so hard to make sure they came out just right.

 

This girl is such a 'sugar baby'.  She wants candy all day long, and as you can see really enjoyed the sugar cookie dough also.

Christmas Tree

 Somehow I didn't get a decent picture of our christmas tree, but we had a good time finding it.  We went out hunting elk, but didn't see anything, so we got our Christmas tree.  It was right off the road and perfect for us.  Solayna looked like an orphan but was so excited to have our tree.

I've been horrible with the camera lately, and only got a picture of Spencer helping with the lights.  We had a great time put up our christmas lights on the tree.  Sam and Shianne helped me put lights up outside also.  It was so fun this year since they were actually old enough to help.

Sam's in Scouts

 For Sam's first night of scouts they had a pac meeting, and they were doing a lip sing.  It was hilarious.  His age group sang the song, "Yakity Yak, don't talk back"  Sam was so excited.  I think we listened to the song about 15 times during the day.  Solayna even got so she knew the actions to the song.  Sam is the one in the white shirt, since he didn't have a scout shirt yet.  I believe he is taking out the trash here.
