new curtains

For the past year we have had this slab of material up as our curtains.  I was tired of them, but couldn't find any curtains since we live where there are no stores, and I would always forget to look when we would get to store.  Anyway, I've seen freezer paper stenciling online from my favorite site, danamadeit.com and I've wanted to try it and lucky for me I found 2 twin flat sheets out in a box.  So I made these curtains.

This is the fabric paint I used.
These are my wonderful new curtains. It's amazing the difference that new curtains make.  Brooke made  me curtain rod by splitting a 2x4 in half.  I just unpicked the sides of  top seam thing on the sheets for the rod to go through, and they are amazing.
