Shianne singing.

Yesterday Shianne did the talent show.  She was scared to death, and when she found out she was  first, she wouldn't do it.  I talked to her and we said a prayer, and she was still insistent that she wasn't going to do it. Her little friends were all up there since they were doing a dance and they were being so cute.  "Shianne, you can do it.  I know it's really scary, but once you get up there it's not so scary"  and Shianne, "We love you and we'll do whatever we can to make you happy"   She still wasn't about to budge on it, so Shianne finally went and told the lady in charge she didn't want to be first, but the lady said,  Sorry but the tracks are all ready in order and i can't change it around."  So Shianne said then I'm not doing it.  The lady just said, "well you can come up at the last and do it, then we won't have to change things around."  So we went and watched the whole talent show, and during it Shianne decided she was going to go sing.  Sam was so cute, he had on a bracelet that I had given him from girls camp that said "Believe" on it and he held out his wrist and pointed to it.  We went up after the lady announced the last number and told her Shianne wanted to do it.  I was so dang PROUD of Shianne.  She went right out to the middle of the stage and just started singing her song.  She was even moving to the beat of the music.  She did fantastic  and everyone was screaming for her when she was done.  She's had quite a few people tell her she did a great job.  The piano teacher here told me she was very impressed and Shianne has talent.  They are starting piano around Sept. 1st, and Kathy said she was excited to start working with her and Sam.  I left the video camera with Brooke and I planned on going back down to take pictures of her, but she wanted me to stay on stage until she went on, so I got pictures of her from the side of the stage and videoed her a little bit, but Brooke was just spell bound by his little girl being on stage, he didn't even think of videoing her  I was so dang proud of her.  The high school auditorioum was PACKED,  She sang a song from the movie "Tangled" , 'When will my life begin"   I'm so proud of you Shianne and the courage you had getting up on that stage by yourself and sing.  I love you.
